Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used by the whole organization.
  • Captures time with Time and Attendance
  • Sends updates about upcoming events/issues
  • Handles all payroll taxes for us
  • Customer service wait times and response times to tickets
  • Consistency with answers between support staff
  • Implementation
  • Training on services and reporting
  • Hiring support with a better understanding of the English language to prevent language barriers
  • Improvement of the mobile app
  • Ability to have tighter restrictions on biometrics while using the mobile app for time and attendance clocking
  • Saves time on processing payroll
  • Reduces a level of human error
  • Decent reporting if we were trained on what reports would benefit us
Other departments have the ability to see exactly what they need without interrupting me on a daily basis by requesting information.
I've not evaluated any other product. ADP is all I've used in my 13 years with my company.

[In my opinion,] sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad. [I feel] the hold time and response time to tickets are ridiculous. Sometimes, a language barrier gets in the way of communication. [In my experience,] responses between support staff are inconsistent.
