Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used by all employees, supervisors, HR, and accounting. It addresses our paper issues and allows us to become more digital. We are still finding new things and ways ADP can be beneficial to us. They take the product feedback seriously and make constant updates from those reviews.

I gave it an 8 because it works well throughout our departments and we can easily change department codes if an employee transfers to another department. However, we have another company that transfers occur with and there is no way to code to the other company code, it has to be a manual entry.

I gave this a 9 because whenever we need help they are available through the support page or over the phone. They try their best to find a solution even if it takes hours or days. If there isn't a solution they always say to provide feedback.
[ADP Workforce Now is] well suited for payroll and HR functionality, but since it can be highly customized it is important to be very knowledgeable in order to fully take advantage of all the software it has to offer. I have been told that something is not possible, but through my own training and research was able to find many times that the thing I wanted was in fact possible.
