Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use WFN for payroll, benefits administration, open enrollments, carrier connections, and recruiting. Using this system eliminates the need for manual processes.

- Need to improve small things, like being able to delete several old reports at one time
- The processing speed is very slow at times
- [In my experience, ] responses from the payroll account manager are way too slow!!!
- [I feel they] need to train those answering the phones better. Oftentimes, they are simply message takers, versus real help.
- Need more "canned" reports
- I don't have figures, but I'll say the reduction in manual processes is priceless
- Consolidation of our data is a big plus
