Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We utilize ADP workforce now for HRIS, benefits, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, HR assist, and performance management.
We use it daily for all payroll and HR tasks.
The HR assist helps to ensure that I am able to follow through on HR task that are sensitive in nature.
Are use on boarding daily to manage my new hires and rehires.

Workforce Now offers a lot of product software however, the implementation time is too short, leading the user not to know how to properly utilize the modules.

Implementation time is too short not enough time to actually be trained on the model. Learnin Development does not work for a business seeds, and the user interface is very frustrating. Most of the trainings loop causing no completion of the training. Not all trainings are inclusive to Spanish or other languages.

The workforce now support is a bit conflicting. You have some texts that are excellent and what they’re doing and are able to fix your errors right away however, there are many texts that do not where you cannot understand them due to their thick accent, or unsure of their own training, have to look things up, and guess, causing us to have to call back in several times to fix the same issue. We have had several instances where we have had to Fix the same issues several times because the tact caused a bigger issue leading us to have to pay in overtime or over the accrual amount for sick-leave due to not being set up correctly.
I believe work for us now, as well suited in the payroll once implemented and users are trained and how to navigate. I also believe that it is very helpful in HRIS. We do have user issues. Our employees have a hard time navigating, especially from a mobile device. There are several times where there are errors or cannot access certain tasks.
