Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to enter our time on the timecards. We use the Time Off feature to request time off, and that makes it easier to track our balances. I run reports to see what percentages were coded to certain grants. The payroll has become less time-consuming and much easier to process.

Pros and Cons

Chatting with a representative.
Keeping track of time off balances.
Processing payroll tax returns and forms.

Reports can be hard to create.
I would like to be able to notify employees to complete their timecards.
I would like to receive birthday notifications.

Return on Investment

The website has gone down often on the days that I submit payroll.
A reminder to complete timecards for employees would make it even quicker for me to process.
Submitting payroll has still gotten quicker, allowing me more time for other work.

Scalability

The website is great on a computer. It doesn't work so well on the phone. The mobile app isn't as user-friendly.

Likelihood to Recommend

Employees are able to enter their own time and request time off. Supervisors can approve or deny, and their balances are updated, making it easy to keep track. Employees can make changes to their personal information and bank and tax information. Workforce Now has lessened the workload for me.
