Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I have been using ADP for 18+ years and currently use WFN. The WFN platform has so much capability with fufilling the needs of an organization. We currently use the Recruitment & Onboarding, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Tax Service, WGPS, Benefit Module and are looking into expanding into the Performance and 401k management modules. WFN is a one stop shop for payroll services and that is extremely helpful with ensuring that your day to day operations are more simplified and all located in one platform.

- Activity configuration is too cumbersome and not user friendly
- More automation had decreased the necessity for multiple people to one task
