Overall Satisfaction with AgoraPulse
We use AgoraPulse for monitoring several platforms and being able to schedule content and work on several social media accounts at the same time. We are currently using this service for our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. Since we have a lot of Cantonese members, we use RenRen as well but we can't use AgoraPulse for RenRen right now. We use our social media for promotional contents and announcements. We had to contact customer service several times and they have one of the best customer service teams I've experienced.

- Images posted through this software sometimes become blurry
- The interface can be improved
- The generated Microsoft Powerpoint reports are easier when we report to our supervisors.
