Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse
We use to post on all our client's social media accounts and respond to DMs.
- Organized
- I love the layout.
- I can manage my team.
- I don't like the reports at all.
- Should be allowed to have listening turned on for every client, at least on competitors, included in the base price.
- Faster customer service or a dedicated account manager so that it's not a bunch of different people dealing with my account.
6 - Marketing Team
- Not sure as it's all organic posts. I tried to hook up our ads to it but didn't see a difference.
- In the reports, Agorapulse will make up a random ROI and it makes no sense. We have to go back and delete it.
I just like the layout of the site.
