Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

I use AlphaSense to keep a tab on the happenings in the market, especially M&A-related news, the impact of new regulations on the industry and competitors, general updates from earnings calls and conferences, and much more. AlphaSense helps me expand my worldview through research from other analysts and organizations.

Sometimes the search does not work as intended especially when trying to limit reports to a certain geography or industry. It works great if one searches for a company and then goes about going through the results.
AlphaSense has enabled me to add a different, proven dimension to my work through the inclusion of best-in-class insights from other research firms.
AlphaSense is a little cleaner than Refinitiv and S&P since it does not house financial information.

AlphaSense works great when one's needs are limited to publicly listed companies or mainstream news. It would be good if they also found a way to segregate and organize the information around industries and private companies. General industry-level reports are a little difficult to find. But other than that it works like an absolute charm.

3 - They are spread across the marketing and customer organization covering Data Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Customer Experience, Insights and Analysis, Product Marketing, M&A Analysis, Secondary Research, Primary Research, Research Synthesis and more.

I primarily use it for keeping tabs on existing competitors and gathering information on new ones.
