Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
We use Articulate 360 in our professional development department to develop training used across the organization. The interactive elements allow for greater user engagement with the content. The ease of use allows for rapid development which speeds the process from gap analysis to implementation of the solution. The responsive design allows for content to be viewed seamlessly across devices and "Review" allows for the collection of comments and feedback from SMEs and stakeholders during the development process.
Pros
- Review. Allows for stakeholder, SME and developer interaction during the development process.
- Responsive design allows for implementation across multiple devices.
- HTML5 publish improvements allow for better rollout on all devices.
Cons
- I don't like that programs that will not be used are bundled into the price of Articulate 360.
- Articulate 360 has allowed us to continue and upgrade our ability to provide excellent online learning for our paramedics. This decreases the need for face to face learning and lowers training costs.
We have never tried other products as we have been very happy with Articulate for over 5 years.
