Overall Satisfaction with Asana

Undoubtedly the best and most extensible service for projects that we have been able to use since the beginning of our small organization. Asana has all kinds of tracking and goal setting tools that make it essential for creating a good group structure and mapping out the right work development methods. All the marketing operations for projects that Asana has to work with are easy to use, but they are not so extensive because Asana is not a specialized marketing application beyond the launches, and this is where the technical support team comes in, which is in charge of guiding and advising the customer about all the technical possibilities they can use when integrating Asana to certain platforms. Asana is a software that is very easy to take advantage of, mostly due to how easy it is to memorize the functions that the platform offers and the way in which these are distributed, demonstrating an enormous usability.
  • Asana includes its own planning functions to generate annotations regarding the means of work.
  • It includes an internal calendar where all project marketing can be managed separately.
  • It includes its own customizable group chat, so that, depending on the number of people in each room, you have a unique management.
  • If it comes to sales concerning our project once it has been launched the platform does not let you manage predictions to determine the results of these.
  • It is not possible to track the expenses that have been incurred by employees since the beginning of the project, which creates inconsistencies in accounting operations in the long term.
  • Unfortunately, Asana does not integrate with any office automation platform, which limits the editing tools available when creating any kind of report.
  • Diagrams can be segmented depending on the type of work being performed, so the results can be more varied and specific.
  • Asana lets you create and record milestones during the project.
  • Its structure makes it useful in the application of workflow and group communication diagrams.
  • The investment made with Asana has been so low (the base plan only costs $10 per month) that it has been possible to recover such an amount almost instantly.
  • The amount of ROI we have calculated after the first month with the platform following the completion of its trial period has been between 3 and 4.

It can be used to cover certain monetary operations once you have found the right API to integrate Asana with online payment services. It is useful for working by separating the work of employees and then joining it together depending on the parts received from them later on. Training projects that require direct communication with employees.
