Overall Satisfaction with Asana

[We] utilized [Asana] for project management across different departments. We tried to use this for production management between marketing, development, and artistic planning. Unfortunately, it was not the best platform for this type of organization. However, we plan on utilizing this between the Administrative side of the business only to stay on top of smaller projects.
  • Communication
  • Timelines
  • Deadlines
  • Ease of use for non-tech users
  • Interface with g-suite
  • Customization
  • Administrative-based
  • Creating timeline-based projects
  • Accountability
  • Unable to track ROI
  • Customers were not integrated
  • Todoist: To-Do List & Task Manager
Todoist is basic.

Salesforce CMS, QuickBooks Online, Todoist: To-Do List & Task Manager
For a business with only Administrative tasks. As an arts/ production-based organization, this was not the ideal tool as technology is not always utilized in the planning. It is more hands-on.
