Overall Satisfaction with Automox
Automox was implemented to replace WSUS for Windows and Office Product Patching. And as a tool to provide patching for 3 party applications.
- Windows Patching
- 3rd party application patching
- Office patching
- Application deployment
- Support is almost non existent I've found.
- We had an onboarding process that was never finished in my opinion
- Resolving issues in a timely matter
- Windows Patching
- 3rd Part Patching
- Server Patching
- Reduced time working with WSUS
- Spent more time getting agents to report
- Reduced time with 3rd Party application patches when working properly.
There was a lack of response from Ninja support during the IT trial and a higher overall price point. When we tested Automox the interface was pretty streamlined and deployment was simplified.

I was not involved in licensing.
Yes - Our tickets are still open. 1.) Agents which reside locally on the machines shut down, and never reconnect. 2.) Numbers displayed in Automox Console have no value. It may show a number, but when accessing that function there are no actions or anything reporting.
