Overall Satisfaction with Automox
In Education, we use Automox to patch and update all of our devices and servers. We were up and running in one day, and in the couple of months we've used it, we feel so much more secure with our devices. Previous to Automox, it was hit and miss with what we did to update devices - and this product really gives us an overall look at what machines are updated or need to be. With education being the bigger target lately in cybercrime, we love knowing that we could push out an update to all of our devices immediately, if it became necessary -- or know that we already had done it because Automox.

- Easy set up - Up & running in one day
- Keeps our devices updated easily
- I don't know of any improvements needed yet.

- Time saving - no one has to go physically update each machine now
- We no longer need to tell our site techs to run and update all of the devices at their sites since Automox gives us that info and does it.
We have not evaluated other products like Automox.
