Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

Avalara tracks all of our sales in various states. They provide tax estimates on estimates calculated for potential customers. They calculate the tax on each of our invoices, and they file each state's tax returns and remit the taxes due.

Yes, they manage all of our return filings and payments. They do a phenomenal job and I would recommend this service to anyone.
Avalara is vastly superior to the CCH product I used. CCH was manual, often made mistakes, and was not intuitive at all. Avalara is significantly better.
We are a SaaS company, and our product is only taxable in some jurisdictions. Avalara does a great job of keeping up on changes to laws and regulations and automatically begins collecting/stops collecting in jurisdictions where there are changes.
