We use Avalara for the whole organization. We use it to determine the taxability of a transaction and use it to file sales tax returns. We use it to save time in filing our returns and to remove the human element of interpreting the taxability of a sales. It frees up time that was previously used to research new sales tax laws, because Avalara does this for you.
