Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR
BambooHR is the single resource for all things HR - midway reviews, requesting time off (including parental leave, jury duty, sick leave, vacation, etc.). We are able to set goals for ourselves to stay on track as well as see any limitations that an employee may have for specific events such as allergies and flight preferences! It’s the single resource that allows us to have all of this information about an employee in one spot. We remain organized and in “the know”.
- Allows requesting time off in any scenario to be simple.
- Provides employee info such as address/preferences.
- Allows employees to set goals for themselves.
- The Home Screen could be “better”… it feels busy.
- Time off requests.
- Employee info.
- Great organization.
