Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

We use BambooHR for our HRIS. To maintain all employee files and documents. We also use it for time off, performance and wellbeing/satisfaction. As well, IT has BambooHR integrated with our systems to be the source of truth for new employees and setting them up in all of our other systems
  • Amazing Org Chart feature
  • most reports are generally easy to generate
  • Very user friendly
  • Payroll, for Canada
  • Allow for more modifications in Performance reviews
  • While i find it very user friendly, I find the interface looks a little dated

  • HR efficiency, especially as the team got smaller
  • Organization and user friendliness
Because nothing is perfect, but overall it is very good
usually very fast and helpful, but a few slow or non responses as well
I dont know about the business, but the HR / Finance teams ability to access & use the information has been invaluable
We were already using BambooHR when I started, and I will be switching eventually to one of the other providers if BambooHR does not do more for their Canadian customers

The only reason I wouldnt recommend BambooHR is it is not yet an all in one solution, especially in Canada
