Overall Satisfaction with Bambu
We use Bambu by Sprout Social to share canned content our Marketing team creates, as well as our own stories &/or links to share out via social media (typically LinkedIn) and gain tracking/insight data for our Marketing team. Our sellers use it to position themselves as thought leaders and trusted advisors in their space across their portfolio and for social selling purposes. All of our employees gain a Bambu license, but most teams don't use it nearly as routinely as our Sales and Marketing teams.
- Scheduling out content / shares for the week
- Providing a quick glance leaderboard of top content shares across departments
- Easy to learn and leverage user interface (UI)
- Options at the top for Suggest a Story or Share Original Content could stand out differently/better (kind of "hiding in plain sight")
- The options for sharing to LinkedIn or other aren't quite as easy to see/utilize as they could be (an idea for improving the UI)
- Sharing pre-written Marketing articles or stories
- Composing our own stories or shares via Bambu by Sprout Social
- Scheduling content/shares out in one easy setting
- Marketing is able to track who views what content and leverage that
- Gives me content to share rather than me coming up with all of my content/story shares (cures writer's block!)
I wasn't part of the decision-making process with Bambu by Sprout Social Review, so I cannot attest to this.
