Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

We use Bird Eye to reach out to new patients to have them complete a Patient Satisfaction Survey, to reach out to new patients and existing patients to do request reviews and to reply to them, to monitor our DMs in social media in the Bird Eye inbox and to monitor our Google messaging.

  • Allow us to monitor DMs through our social media
  • Allow us to respond to Healthgrades reviews on the Bird Eye platform
  • We can't measure ROI due to our business model.
We have been approached by other similar vendors, but haven't found any that work as seamlessly as Bird Eye nor have all of the great features that Bird Eye does!

Bird Eye is appropriate for ALL scenarios. We don't use all of the modules of Bird Eye, but we are extremely pleased with the modules we do use. Our rep is very responsive and takes care of any questions/needs we have and if he can't, he is quick to send it to someone else on the team.

Birdeye Support

Our rep. and the support department are amazing! They are quick to respond and quick to help. They keep at it until any issues or needs we have are solved!

Using Birdeye

It is extremely easy to use and user friendly! I can basically navigate the dashboard and figure out where things are to get to do what I want to do. For the things that I can't find, I contact my rep and he is quick to respond and show me where/how to do things if needed.
