Birdeye is a great platform that helps with our company reviews. We would like more of our clients to leave a written review instead of just leaving five stars on the platform. The five stars are great but we like to see what a client has to say. It would also be good to track reviews sent via email.

Usability

It is user friendly and takes less time to send a review to our clients. In the past we sent individually emails to our clients for a review and found it to be more time consuming. The availability to just put in the client's name, phone number and email address is so much easier.
