Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
I use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT on a daily basis for Donor CRM management, gift accounting, and data analysis. NXT helps me analyze my day and organize my daily communications with supporters. I use the service to log my CRM actions and record important information. RE NXT has a fantastic integration with Outlook 365 that allows it to seamlessly record emails as actions
