We use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT as our primary CRM for donations and alumni relations. Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT provides us with the tools necessary to produce the reports we need on a regular basis, contact our alumni and donors, take donations through a simple user experience, process donations as they come in, manage our portfolio moves management outcomes, and find the best prospects for our continued work. We have over 150k constituents in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, and the product provides us with the tools necessary to serve them well.
