Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

I'm a front line fundraiser, I use it daily to help me track and work my moves management. Using reports, capturing contact information and proposals. Seeing organization goals, individual goals and actions on our constituents across campus. Tracking event and meeting attendees. Giving and wealth information resources are key to our prospect management as well.

  • Ability to me easily updated records for Front line without being given full gift records access.

  • Identify lost donors to reengage
  • Keeping donors in the communication loop
  • Keeping our team on the same page
It's allowed us to identify key donors that may have otherwise never bubbled to the surface.

I think it's robust and powerful but it seems that we struggle to get the outputs we need often. When making a conversion I think you really need to understand what you want in the end, before determining how you import and set up your data. This had been critical for us.
