Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud
We use it to send emails and show weblayers across a range of products and webpages. It's really helpful can we can pick exactly who we want to target, when, where etc. The reporting capabilities are just fantastic as well and we are able to measure just about everything. A great resource and I honestly don't know how we managed previously.

- I'd like to be able to organize the nodes in scenarios to be perfectly straight.
- Being able to send emails bimonthly easily would be great.

Recently we have created a range of automations in order to facilitate our day-to-day work and to be able to have frequent data points to measure how we have been performing. It saves time to be able to automate, and the email scenarios are endlessly customizable. We are also getting more and more well-versed in the jinja coding of it all, and it is great to start understanding the full capabilties.
