Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We're using Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud engagement for Newsletter journeys, customer segmentation, personalisation, re-activation and audience integration for Google and Meta. Still working on many scenarios for Recommendations, Whatsapp and Mobile App push integration and other personalized user journeys. It's helping us to keep improving our performance by better serving our consumers in a nice way.

We went live with our Newsletter migration in 2 months, before the free migration period of 3 months was over. We got the best advice on which implementation partner to select.
In my opinion, this is the best value-for-money CDP for any size business, due to its very flexible pricing model and vast AI supported capabilities.
From a functionality perspective, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is on par or better than both alternatives at a much better price level.
