Overall Satisfaction with Bombora

We're using Bombora to monitor Intent Data for our target accounts and help identify companies for ABM campaigns and messaging.

  • Intent data tracking
  • Website traffic monitoring
  • Integration with Salesforce

Cons

  • Help with historical reporting
  • Improve domain match accuracy
  • Nothing else - we're pretty happy.
  • It has helped us identify unknown competitors in sales cycles
  • It has helped us improve the targeting of our ABM campaigns
  • Nothing else I can think of at this time.

I believe they were easy to integrate - but Im not our IT team.
We're pushing Bombora into Salesforce to help keep Salespeople in one system of truth. And we're using it in SalesIntel to help us find contacts at key accounts that are surging.
Enjoy Bombora a lot more than when we had Demandbase. DB seemed a lot clunkier, harder to use. Salespeople didn't trust the data as much.

I would definitely recommend using Bombora to monitor off-site intent of key target accounts and prioritizing those accounts showing an active buying cycle. If you're not doing ABM or don't need help prioritizing accounts, then I don't see as much of a need.
