Overall Satisfaction with Box

Departments here are very segmented, so I don't know if the whole organization is using Box but at least in the Marketing department we are. We use Box specifically for transferring large files for our video production team. It's great especially because the video production team works from all over the place.

  • Takes a little bit of time to learn how to fully implement it and get used to its interface
  • It has streamlined our ability to share files and keep them organized
  • Allows the logistics and creative team to collaborate better
Box is the only CMS we've used since I've been here.
Great tool, easy to use once you get the hang of it. Has helped our teams stay on track and work better together.

Great for teams that are decentralized and not always in the same office space. Great also for teams that have a lot of different tools already (Salesforce, Slack etc). that they want a tool to play nice with.
