Braze makes it simple enough to craft a multi-channel customer journey through Email, In-app, SMS and Push if needed. It helps filter out users who might have fazed out of a current journey or edit an existing one to bring more in.

Overall, Braze is a straight forward, convenient platform to manage anything from batch campaigns to select customer groups or multi-step automations to keep them engaged.
