Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

It's extremely difficult to contact customer service. At the moment we have an account manager, that has made things easier.
Brightpearl is being used by the whole organization as our main ERP and CRM. We integrated Brightpearl with Magento. We use Brightpearl for the complete business process, from selling goods online, to when clients receive their goods in their homes. Brightpearl is our main accountability system.

  • Differentiate orders in the different stages of an order
  • CRM
  • New versions need to be tested more toughly as they several times include bugs.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's extremely difficult to contact them through a phone call.
  • It has made our company more scalable.
  • It has allowed us to grow from scratch, to manage more than 50,000 clients, and 50,000 orders per year.
  • NetSuite is a better overall software, but brightpearl has Magento integration.
  • Zendesk is the key CRM for every ecommerce. Brightpearl needs to integrate with Zendesk as soon as possible.
It's an appropriate software for small and middle sized companies. For larger companies (more than 10 million USD a year), there are probably tougher options.
