Overall Satisfaction with Bronto Marketing Platform
We currently use Bronto to manage the marketing and triggered email programs for several clients. It makes the setup and deployment of large marketing sends straightforward and seamless. There are simple tools included for creating dynamic workflows and even API connections to set up transactional sends programmatically and pull reporting. You can develop your HTML messages outside Bronto or use the built in WYSIWYG.

- Speed, the web application can bog down frequently.
- Bronto is one of our main income generators for the business. It has been a consistent partner. The cost is easily recouped by the revenue provided.
- The Bronto support is excellent. They have live chat that can help with most issues, and a dedicated account representative who can escalate as needed.
- Bronto representatives have become partners in customizing and setting up any new client we bring to the platform.
Bronto hits the sweet spot for us. It is most similar to the Salesforce family of products. Salesforce however can feel cluttered and configuration and setup can be time consuming and confusing. Bronto is much more streamlined and also has features built in that may require additional purchases in the Salesforce world. Adobe Campaign is a very powerful solution and can do many things hard to achieve in Bronto. However, Campaign is much more of a developer tool where Bronto is easy to learn and use right out of the box.
