Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn
Bullhorn was used to keep track of all of our candidates and prospects. It was used by both sales and recruiters. I would say that it helps recruiters a lot more than it helps sales. A lot of the info wouldn't cross over into areas it should have. It didn't provide enough options for the sales side of things. It wasn't clear who was a prospect and who was a candidate.
It isn't the best ATS out there. It lacks on both the recruitment and sales side. There is no way to differentiate between prospects, candidates, and clients. There isn't a way to merge accounts and names, so there are many duplicates. Too may paid add ons. I had a much longer review written up and the page just deleted it, but I wouldn't recommend Bullhorn first or even third. It feels like it hasn't been fully realized yet. There are certainly some good things about the product, but more areas where they can improve.
I did not have to deal directly with Bullhorn support, so I cannot fully answer this. I do know that when we had issues with Bullhorn it took quite some time to have them resolved.
Any of the products above are better than Bullhorn. Even Jobvite does a better job. They're just more comprehensive and cover all areas. I wouldn't select Bullhorn before these products and there are many more that I'd probably try before resorting to BH. It's a shame because I see what they're going for. As I mentioned before, it just doesn't feel realized yet.
