I would say that it helps recruiters a lot more than it helps sales. A lot of the info wouldn't cross over into areas it should have. It didn't provide enough options for the sales side of things. It isn't the best ATS out there. It lacks on both the recruitment and sales side. There is no way to differentiate between prospects, candidates, and clients. There isn't a way to merge accounts and names, so there are many duplicates. Too may paid add ons. I had a much longer review written up and the page just deleted it, but I wouldn't recommend Bullhorn first or even third. It feels like it hasn't been fully realized yet. There are certainly some good things about the product, but more areas where they can improve.

Super intuitive. Strong leadership in the organization that cares about making a difference and unique technology. Easy to use and learn.
Functional. Makes my work easier and aids in team member collaboration. So many features that are cross finctional. And Bullhorn continues to offer more - they are obviously committed to the recruiting and sales space
