Overall Satisfaction with CallHippo

CallHippo is useful for us as it provides an official and international calling number with calling fecality. This makes the corporate image better. In my organization, my sales team needs to call clients and leads in foreign countries also we need country-wise no. for our marketing campaign for multiple countries. Also, we can track team-wise calling.

  • Calling target can be set and measure.
  • Call summary for visualization for future planning.
  • Pricing can be less.
  • Assurance of privacy of calls and data.

  • The team doesn't like to be track and monitor by their seniors.
Its UI and features are better and more detailed. Easy to use. But many things are not that much necessary for my team. But it's better them others in the market.

Calling abroad to international clients, while we use international number then response rate increases. Also, the client also prefers their country's number to respond. The pricing part is less appropriate. I believe they should be charged only for calling services. The name is also not suitable like what is Hippo means in the name. The person who uses this service is a Hippo?

Using CallHippo

6 - Sales and marketing. They do cold calling and lead tap via CallHippo.
2 - Only the senior employees are supporting as they have eased to monitor and track the sales team.

  • International calling service on mobile.
  • Tracking of team call and performance.
  • There is a suggestion to make it more useful that there should be a higher user role who can decide which features need to assign to the lower team in the hierarchy. Admin can remove the features so that team can easily understand and not get confused with lots of irrelevant features.
  • They were looking for the solutions for international calling no. for various countries and get it here.
  • Pricing can be discounted.
  • Admin can remove the unnecessary features form sales team.
  • Admin can set rewards for achieving the targets and team can redeem those from their portals.
It's the need of my team to perform well and it's increasing the possibility of getting more business. Clients also have more trust while responding when they saw their country's number rather than any other country's unknown number.
