Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Canto is used as a media sharing platform for the marketing department at Redbubble. It is incredibly easy for us to share assets to use in our respective channels. Instead of having to reach out to different teammates to share media assets, we can automate the process by using Canto to house all the assets we would like to share across different teams. Having one platform for everyone to access has made our workflow better

Canto is great because it focuses mainly on media vs other platforms that are used for various things. Having a platform that is catered to a specific category helps makes storing and looking for assets to use with ease. I do not have to struggle to find the assets I need to use.
While the user interface is easy enough to use, there can be some improvements. Downloading images are a hassle, as there is no one button download function. There are multiple steps I need to complete in order to download an image. The ability to download multiple images at once would also be very usefull.
I have not used the customer support from Canto but they seem very responsive. The newsletters I get in my emails help me keep up to date with anything new from Canto. I am sure when I need help with the platform I will be able to get help with ease.

The best use case of Canto is being able to share media such as images and videos across a big company. This creates a space that is easily accessed by multiple teams without having to reach out to one another. This works great for various marketing teams to be able to share and use the same assets in their channels.
