Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
We use CaptivateIQ to manage commission payouts for the sales org. Once a month each salesperson receive an email with a breakdown of their commission payout; How many individual items they're getting paid for, how much each item is worth related to the payout and finally how much the whole commission check is going to be
- Easy to use
- Commission checks get sent out sooner
- Nice to see detailed breakdown of payout
- Doesn't show payout after taxes
- Wish the UI was more mobile friendly
