Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use CaptivateIQ for sales commission calculations and as a portal for the sales team to utilize on a monthly basis for determining payouts. The business problem it solves is it makes it really easy to quickly and accurately determine commission payments and statements.

  • Great reporting and dashboard for viewing payments over time.
  • It's mostly my company's complex commission plan but determining why we only get partial payments in certain scenarios could use more context.

CaptivateIQ is a more robust yet simple user interface than previous commission software solutions we've used. It's easier to do a quick search to see what was included in the monthly payment and what is still outstanding which cuts down on questions internally. One of our challenges is we have a complex sales commission at our company and CaptivateIQ simplifies how to track it on a monthly basis.
Simple UI that is a big improvement on other solutions in the market. Easy to see both the statement and calculator in one place.
I've only had a few questions but received very quick support via the chat functionality.

The best part of using CaptivateIQ is it's an easy user interface to navigate and find commission information quickly. Our previous provider was complex and the UI was a challenge to find specific payment information and what was outstanding, and CaptivateIQ is a big improvement. We're really happy with how simple it is to use.
