Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

I'm a user, and I'm using it individually to track my commission payout. It's also beings used by the whole sales organization wide to track and review their payout. It helps Managers to track the payout for their team members without having to looking at the personnel's base pay - which can be sensitive.
  • Storing and recording payout
  • Detailing breakdown of payout
  • Overview of my commission payout
  • Specific to certain countries - maybe add the function to view adjusted payout after mandatory savings deduction (eg: Central Provident Fund)
  • Graph and charts would be nice
  • Downloading record (not sure if this is already available but seems like it)
  • Tracking and storing of commission payout
  • Reviewing of commission at a glance
  • Managing payout
  • Saving on paper payslips
  • Accuracy on capturing payout
  • Easy feature in managing the team's payout

Best suited if you have sales organization with complex payout. Even if you do not have complex commission structure, I would recommend this tool as it really helps you to manage your team's payout without necessary needing to accessing to their base pay. Might not be appropriate if you have a small team - lesser than 5.
