Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is the perfect solution for businesses looking to have transparency and collaboration in their payout and commission tracking. It's been an incredible addition to our process, helping to move us away from shadow accounting and excel spreadsheets previously used to track and hold teams accountable for performance and commissions.
  • Tiering out our payouts and accelerators.
  • Raising inquiries is really easy and transparent.
  • Provides insight compensation and attainment throughout the quarter.
  • Some of the reporting is hard to navigate to.
  • Would like to be able to break down payouts on the main screen.
  • The payouts feature is where we spend the most time.
  • Inquiries are really easy to use and communicate with finance.
  • The plan management keeps our quarterly plans in one place.

We have a complicated commission structure. All reps are on a draw over the course of the quarter, plans change quarterly, accelerators and tiered payouts have been hard to track, and all of this needs to be completed, assessed, and paid out just after the quarter. It used to take us up to 60 days to complete this process and pay some of our contractors. CaptivateIQ allows us to do the same process in around 15 days.
