Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
We use CaptivateIQ for Sales compensations; we can track our targets at the end of the month and check if everything is correct. It is a good SaaS to prevent any mistakes and it is good also at tracking the ratio of our different kinds of targets. All sales use it and we check it out at the end of the month. It's a good tool to be sure what money we will get on our salary. No more mistakes!

- No app (IOS/ANDROID).
- More languages are needed (French, Spanish...etc...)
- Tracking the number of opportunities.
- Knowing how much employees will earn if there is a commission.
- Possibility to download every month.
- Clear about different ratio depending of opportunities.
- I like to see the animation of reaching out to my targets like the confetti.
It is designed to be clear and transparent. This is the end of Microsoft Excel and Google spreadsheets in my opinion. This is a very convenient solution for the team lead and the employees in the Sales area. Furthermore, if there is any mistake we can discuss that directly on the platform. More collaborative with maybe some direct chat/message. Also, it would be nice to have some tutorials on demand to go deeper into the software!
