Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use captivate IQ to look at my commissions. I also can use it to compare my deals and see what I am getting paid vs. what closes. I am able to look at everything on a macro level and then dive down to a micro level. Somewhat easy to read.

Pros and Cons

Gives me my commission total.
Let’s me see my deals.
Let’s me preview the month.

It’s hard to see how the spiffs are applied.
Not super easy to read on a deal level.
Wish it was easier to see how the spiffs are applied on a deal level.

It’s great on a Macro level. I love being able to preview next month's commission. It helps me to see where I am at and gives me the fire to make more money. I wish it was easier to understand spiffs and special commission considerations. That would make it easier. Not sure where they are applied.

Great product. Could do better with spiffs.
