Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

I use CaptivateIQ to look into the details of my compensation structure for each quarter and to confirm the payout schedules are correct. It allows for complete visibility into commission payouts and an easy way to submit tickets or ask questions to the commission team. As an acquisition salesperson, it's nice having transparency in my commission payouts.

Pros

  • Provides a platform to view commission payouts.
  • A very easy to use platform that is intuitive.

Cons

  • I have not discovered anything I think Captivate could do better at this point!
  • The Inquiries tab is nice to ask questions regarding your commission earnings.
  • The payouts tab is a nice way to view the history of my commission earnings.
  • As a seller, I think it has given both myself, my sales director, and the commission team time back in our days as we continue to have to think twice about the commission payments.
I have used an in-house-built commission platform. Like I said previously, it was buggy and slow, and it was incorrect ALL the time. CaptivateIQ has yet to be incorrect. It is always accurate, and I never have to ask questions regarding the payment. Huge time saver and accuracy increase!

If you have a big sales team with an OTE structured commission plan, I would strongly suggest you try using CaptivateIQ. I have used an in-house-built commission platform, and it was buggy, slow, and hard to use. CaptivateIQ is seamless and allows me to get the details into my commission without thinking twice.
