Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

I use CaptivateIQ to track the amount of sales, commission and accountability. I don't like that once you click on a tab a new screen populates.
  • Commission updates are up to date
  • Highlighting sales pipeline and progress
  • When clicking on tabs it shouldn't need to redirect. It should be easy to go back to what you were doing prior to clicking on a new tab
  • Seeing where I am throughout the month at any given moment allows me to pivot so that I can reach my commission or unit goals.
  • As stated my trust and alignment through compensation transparency makes my life easier, I don't need to wait till pay day to understand how much I potentially made for the month. I can see it daily.
I would say that it pairs perfectly together with Salesforce. I have never used a similar company in the past.

It's very helpful for any sales person to use to be able to view your commission, pipeline and to see where your gaps are as a sales person. It also helps managers to be able to manage someone who isn't producing or is producing and to address any areas of improvement.
