Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
The Celonis tool was used for Process Mining, we implemented the Access Management Process use case in Celonis.
- Process Mining.
- Detailed Reporting at Function Level.
- Dashboards.
- Database connectivity - it was quite challenging to get to connected to HANA DB.
- More granular Authorization concept.
- Tools enables you to identify business process bottlenecks.
- Trigger process optimization.
- Quick response to demands in real time.
- SAP HANA and SAP BW/4HANA
HANA DB Data model can also be built and used for process mining. SAP Fiori can be consumed with these data models to provide fancy UI to end-user.
The whole P2P process was implemented in Celonis and the plan is to cover more.
