Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

I am implementing Celonis at a customer site. The goal is to show the customer the benefits of Celonis and to implement the first process with analytics dashboards based on a pilot project. Since the customer currently does not know how much time or what defects the process has from the SAP system, Celonis offers many possibilities to investigate the process. Another goal is to map further processes in Celonis after the pilot project.
  • Real-time analysis.
  • The optimization of a process.
  • Analyze through put times.
  • Super friendly support and detailed answers to the questions.
  • Overview of core KPIs for the M2C process.
  • Pointing out the problems in the process.
  • Rethinking the company goal.
There was no digital transformation in the company before. With Celonis, a foundation was laid to be competitive with digital transformation and to better position the company in the market through benchmarking.

Celonis is very good if you want to investigate a process based on logs from a system. However, it is not suitable if there is a lot of activity in this process without a timestamp. Celonis gives a very good overview of the time sequence, as well as all variations of how a process has run through the system. In addition, there are many processes that are supported.
