Overall Satisfaction with Channel Mechanics
Data and automation are demand requirements from Clients. Data must be current with running time, both Vendor & Partner, and better control access to a correct user group for Saas-based clients. The above issue was tackled perfectly using Channel Mechanics. The Product is easy to set up and configures if you know the correct business needs.
- Data conversion from un-structure to Structed format with easy steps
- Charts and dashboard are easy to setup based on business needs
- Partner Leveling and Vendor Control are perfectly designed
- I worked on Cloud based Channel Mechanics product, not sure it could be a server setup model product
- It's good for mid and big firms. But not sure this product can be economical for startup and micro business
- Service level integration is difficult require easy way of doing it
- Data Visualization and Dashboards
- Data Transformation as per business requirement
- User control on data. What user group can access what data.
- Increased the business Transparency by data visualization dash boards and charts
- Better business decision and process optimization based on actual data reports
- Easy to go changes (minor levels) and Easy to use for new users
