Overall Satisfaction with Chorus.ai

We use Chorus.ai to review sales calls to improve upon our skills. It is very useful to be able to have the system identify words being used and other landmarks throughout our conversations to review. From there it provides valuable data to associate with failed and successful calls.

I honestly haven't used similar or competing technologies. However, our company chose Chorus.ai as a leader in the space to most effectively impact our sales team. Throughout my experience it has been very useful, and I don't think we would be quite as successful without it for the sales team.
Playlists, deal notifications, and scorecards have all been extremely useful for our sales team. Without their in-depth insights into the specific aspects of each and every cold call we make, we would not be as effective. The insights allow the sales team to grow from failures and improve upon our skills.
After a certain sales cold call, that did not end in success, I was able to use Chorus.ai to review instances in which I could have asked more appropriate questions, did more discovery, and not interrupt the prospect. Despite initial failure on this call, I was able to take learning moments from this call to qualify myself the next time I spoke.
