Though they also work together, when it comes to looking up a call, listening, and giving feedback Playbooks doesn't hold up to the abilities of Chorus.ai.
We have not had a comparable tool in the past. Much of the scoring of calls we would do would be analog. I would love to be able to integrate the scoring rubrics that we use into Chorus.ai to further streamline our tools.
We have been able to include it in the tasks for new hires to complete with LevelJump. Making it a streamlined, effective tool with measurable results.
I haven't worked with the support team yet, but I do have a meeting next week with our rep and am looking forward to it. So I can be sure to get the most out of the program.
Chorus.ai has been an amazing tool for us to use as on-boarding trainers to help the new hires and give organized feedback.
