Gong is very similar so you really need to drill down on what you care about to ensure they have the right features you need, but overall the products are both strong in my opinion for call coaching.
We use Zoom, Slack, and SFDC, so Chorus fits perfectly with them.
Nothing too innovative yet. We incorporated it into our sales methodology so it's useful to train on a topic and then circle back a week later to see how well people are executing against the methodology.
Support team is top notch, very responsive and patient.
