I have not used any other competitors of is the most superior in the space.
We have used it for training purposes with new hires as well as for coaching purposes and handling objections.
I have not had a need to work with the customer support team. is very well suited for a new hire who is interested in listening to client calls with established reps. Especially as we are not in an office it is very helpful to listen and take a proactive approach to learning. Also, it is well suited when you want to go back and listen to a conversation you had and make sure you do all of the follow up for a client if you can't remember what you were supposed to send them.
